Inquiry Called Into 'bullying' Car Insurers

THE Federal Government is to hold an independent inquiry into the multi-billion-dollar smash repair industry and has put insurance companies on notice that it was prepared to take the rare step of regulating their business because they were "bullying" small, family-run car-repair operators.
